Our Beneficiary Advocate (BA) acts as a personal advocate and supporter for our SNT clients. During an initial consultation, our BA works one-on-one with Beneficiaries and their representatives to identify key issues or goals, including but not limited to, receiving a housing voucher, finding a job, securing health care, obtaining social security benefits, or simply having another resource in one’s support network for the future.
Based on this information, our BA works with Beneficiaries and their representatives to create advocacy plans to achieve these goals, including arranging services, reaching out to government programs such as Social Security and Medicaid, providing referrals, and/or visiting and meeting with Beneficiaries.
BA services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Our experienced BA lightens the workload of families and families by stepping in to support Beneficiaries when support is needed.
