DESCRIPTION:In this session\, we will help you learn how to write a Letter of Intent and/or Long-Term Advocacy Plan. If you have a loved one with special needs\, it is important to make sure you have proper documentation in place to provide to the next primary caregiver/advocate in the future. Both the Letter of Intent and Long-Term Advocacy Plan detail your loved one’s unique history\, experiences\, habits\, and medical information.
