SUMMARY:21st Annual Transition Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Transition Fair is a free event offering students and families the opportunity to meet with private and public agencies that provide a variety of support services to transitioning youth and adult students with disabilities. It focuses on students who receive special education services through Prince William County\, Manassas\, and Manassas Park Public School. \nBreakout sessions will offer additional information such as Social Security\, Graduation Requirements\, Guardianship\, Department of Aging and Rehabilitation Services\, Special Needs Estate Planning\, Prince William County Community Services\, and so much more.
