Her first book\, Job Coaching in Rural Areas\, provides valuable insights on successful job coaching in small town America. Her second book was published in 2018\, titled\, Soul Nuggets. \nTia Marsili\nThe Arc of Northern Virginia Trust Director \nTia Marsili oversees The Arc of Northern Virginia’s Trust department and works one to one with families and individuals to plan futures and establish SNTs throughout Maryland\, Virginia and Washington\, DC. \n
