DESCRIPTION:A member of the Trust Team will be on hand to provide information and answer your questions. \nThe Prince William County Schools 23rd Annual Transition Fair will be held on Sat. March 11\, 2023 from 12:00-3:30 p.m. at the Kelly Leadership Center. The Transition Fair is designed to help individuals with disabilities prepare for post-secondary life in the areas of employment\, education\, training\, and independent living. At this event\, community agencies gather to ensure consumers and their families can: \n• Identify resources for individuals with disabilities\n• Find answers to questions about services and benefits\n• Learn more about their rights and responsibilities\n• Get connected to support and advocacy groups\n• Recognize community linkages that promote quality of life
