A Special Needs Trust with The Arc of Northern Virginia and KeyBank can be the financial tool that provides a measure of security and independent living with supports for years to come. It is important to ensure that your child is financially secure when you are no longer around to provide help. In this presentation\, learn about the roles of Special Needs Trusts in safeguarding government benefits while ensuring your (adult) child’s personal needs and aspirations continue to be met in the future. \nHeld quarterly\, this presentation is hosted by Trust Director Tia Marsili. \nThis session will feature Jenn Crane\, trusts and estates attorney with Odin Feldman Pittleman. Jenn focuses her practice on special needs and elder law. She is a member of the National and Virginia Academies of Elder Law Attorneys. In 2022\, Jenn was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner Designation (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and in 2023 she was named a member of the Special Needs Alliance. When Jenn isn’t working\, her favorite place is with her husband\, five children\, and the greatest dogs on the planet\, no matter where that place is. \n  \n \n
