Tia Marsili oversees The Arc of Northern Virginia’s Trust department and works one-to-one with families and individuals to plan futures and establish SNTs throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. She educates the community, professionals, and agencies about comprehensive Futures Planning and SNT services.
Under her stewardship, the program has established over 1800 trusts and in collaboration with KeyBank manage a combined $49 million in cash and assets.
Tia is a multi-lingual, well-traveled professional with over 28 years of experience in the world of disabilities. She’s the mother of two daughters with disabilities and is passionate about creating systems that provide equality.
