It is important to ensure that your child is financially secure when you are no longer around to provide help. In this presentation, learn about the roles of Special Needs Trusts in safeguarding government benefits while ensuring your (adult) child’s personal needs and aspirations continue to be met in the future.
Now on the third Friday of every third month (May, Aug, Nov, Feb), our quarterly online meeting about Special Needs Trusts is hosted by Trust Director Tia Marsili.

John Laster is a lawyer licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He limits his practice to wealth transfer planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care decision-making issues, estate administration and related tax, elder law and disability concerns.
Jennifer Crane is a Senior Associate with McCandlish Lillard. Her practice focuses on trusts and estates, including Last Wills and Testaments, Living Trusts, and Medical and Financial Powers of Attorney. Jenn also helps clients with special needs planning and elder law, two subject areas close to her heart.
